Stefen Bosworth

Director or Operations

Director of Operations Stefen Bosworth brings a life-time of experience to AMDP.  He oversees and opened the original Barn Steakhouse (2016) with Morton.  The 30-year hospitality industry veteran specializes in matching each establishment's style of service to its cuisine and ambiance. That means a warm, welcoming, traditional style at The Barn Steakhouse. 

Bosworth's secret weapon is his financial background.  Coupled with his back-of-the-house skills - having cheffed in his own restaurant and creating a wine spectator-awarded beverage list - he is the entire package: an on-the-floor guru who ties the day-to-day guest experience to the numbers and cost that inform the restaurant's operation decisions as well as the bottom line.

He moved to Chicago from his hometown of Seattle in 2002, working with the legendary Lawry's The Prime Rib as General Manager and Wine Buyer, until joining Morton is 2013 at her flagship operation, Found Kitchen and Social House (2012-2022).  The atmosphere he curates, informed by decades spent in the fine dining industry, maintains lofty service standards while folding in a casual, welcoming nature that creates a warm and engaging social dining experience.
